 At All About Care, we understand that this is a difficult time for the senior and their family. Our goal is to make the transition as easy and stress free as possible by:
- helping seniors and their families understand the difference between the different types of licensed facilities;
- meeting with the senior and their family to assess their individual needs;
- presenting you with three or four appropriate facilities for you to tour and investigate. If you wish, we are available to accompany you on these tours at no charge;
- contacting the physician, nurse or other health care professional as deemed necessary;
- making sure ALL the paperwork required by the state has been completed;
- negotiating a price that fits your budget, in your desired geographical area;
- arranging regular visits with your loved one and follow-ups with you to ensure a smooth transition.
